Telepo AB and Visionutveckling announces a joint partnership

Telepo Business Communication Solution now integrates with Visionsutveckling Vision 80/20.

With this partnership it is now possible for Telepo powered Service Providers to offer a combined service with Vision 80/20 Attendant application targeting the market for medium and larger Enterprises.

Vision 80/20 is a Presence and Availability Management system for users and Attendants to manage contacts, presence information and integrates with applications such as Exchange, CRM, Outlook and Contact Centers.

The integration is enabled through utilizing the Telepo Business Communication Solution open API framework.
