Stockholm, 31 May 2012 – Telepo is proud to announce that its leading Business Communication Solution (BCS) is now even better with the release of BCS 3.6.
The 3.6 version enhances the user experience, has additional functionality in multiple areas and improved performance and operational excellence.
Telepo’s service provider and operator customers are experiencing an ever-increasing demand for BCS from larger enterprises. To meet the demands of these organizations, Telepo BCS now integrates better and more easily with third party applications, such as Customer Relationship Management solutions. These applications can be launched when calls are received or during ongoing calls, determined by rules configured by enterprise users.
BCS 3.6 also provides better professional attendant features, such as enhanced keyboard shortcuts, to help those dealing with large volumes of calls.
