Telepo increases its VoIP phone partnership with Snom
Desktop phones still have an important place on users’ desk. Snom phones are an integrated part of Telepo’s Business Communication Solution (BCS), thus ensuring the same set of enterprise services independent of what device the user prefers.
Snom phones used with Telepo BCS have easy accessible quick keys for transfer, speed dial, hold, mute and more. Speed dial keys indicate when users are busy in call i.e. line state. The phone screen corporate directory shows the user’s presence state and availability of others.
Multi-language support is integrated in the platform allowing users from different countries to obtain services in their local language. Each user is configured with their preferred language, voice prompts, user interfaces and presence states, even when travelling.
Telepo BCS provides a simple and intuitive provisioning of Snom phones from a web interface. When the phones are added to the network, they directly show up in the Telepo BCS provisioning interface.
