Telepo launches Certification Program
Telepo has an extensive training program for its Business Communication Solution (BCS), ensuring that Telepo partners quickly can obtain the competence to sell, deploy and support services based on Telepo BCS. The extensive training program is now complemented with a certification program, giving system engineers the opportunity to document and demonstrate their proficiency in the Telepo Business Communication Solution. "Telepo Certified Solution Administrator serves two important purposes, it validates the efficiency of our training programs and it ensures that Telepo partners have sufficient competence to support their customers." says Patrik Sörqvist, Vice president Support & Supply at Telepo.
Telepo is pleased to announce that the first partner to reach Telepo Certified Gold Partner level is Nord Solutions, an Application Service Provider (ASP) in Sweden.
