Thank you to all Telepo friends for a great 2006!
Highlights from 2006 include:
- We exceeded 500,000 user licenses sold, from 100,000 user licenses in 2005, and are looking for an even stronger growth in 2007
- We signed many global customer and channel agreements, with companies such as IBM and Fujitsu, some not disclosed and other interesting technology partnerships
- We released the 2nd generation of Telepo product portfolio
- We launched our virtual mobile phone, with an unified user experience/interface

- We have been highlighted by leading industry analysts as the “thought leader” in Fixed-Mobile Convergence (FMC), which was confirmed by our nomination for the GSMA 2007 Best Enterprise Service & Product Award as the only FMC vendor
- We achieved the highest Symbian certification, Symbian Signed. All mobile applications offered through Nokia sales channels must be certified through either Java Verified™ or Symbian Signed
- We were invited to join Nokia Forum Pro Enterprise Zone
- In the summer we closed our first financing round with Accel Partners, a top-tier US venture capital firm, to ensure that we can capitalize further on our market traction
- We strengthen the management team with some exceptional individuals, such as Patrik Sörqvist from Global IP Sound
- Jörgen presented a key note speech at VON and we also spoke at many other industry events
- Our organisation has more than tripled in size. We are now expanding into new premises and are continuously looking for extraordinary people!
