Telepo Business Communication Server
Providing a management system for enterprise voice networks, with a central point of deployment, administration and management of end-user clients, intelligent call routing and other services. It addresses the problem of bringing a distributed network of heterogeneous, different PBX brands with different capabilities, traditional or IP PBX systems into a single operational unit to fully utilize an enterprise voice network and allowing enterprises to smoothly migrate to a mobile and IP based communications environment.
Telepo Mobile+
A mobile phone client software transparently enabling network and location independent least cost routing, access to the user centric call log service and contact synchronization, buddy lists and directory search with presence information, typical mid-call PBX services, such as call hold, call transfer, recording etc as voice menu or graphical user interface. It also supports corporate unified, abbreviated numbering plans in heterogeneous networks. It runs as a background application providing automatic access to the enterprise voice network using local access gateways or automatic call-back. This enables the services to be provided without any special requirement for services from the mobile network, or any change in mobile user behaviour.
Telepo Softphone+
A PC desktop soft phone client offering access to instant/short messaging, conferencing buddy lists, directory search and contacts with presence information, monitoring of remote calls and queues, ability to pick up and transfer calls to the user’s mobile phone and other similar services as well as information, such as call logs and contacts, with the mobile phone. Built on Global IP Solutions voice technology it is a perfect communication tool for remote workers connecting to the corporate network using public Internet. The client is designed to work well using VPN connections and on laptops, where no restart is needed of the application when it has been in standby mode. Telepo Softphone+ supports both headset and speaker phone sound profiles, making it a perfect tool for group communication as an alternative to a traditional speaker phone. The application provides three different user interface views for three different categories: normal user view, attendant view or call center agent view.
