The Telepo Business Communication Solution provides mobile business users and enterprise voice administrators with a uniform set of services – independent of device, network and location including:

Telepo Mobile+ and VoIP clients, including the Telepo Softphone+, will automatically launch when the mobile phone or PC is turned on. This ensures that services are consistently delivered to the device of choice and convenience.

One of the main Telepo design philosophies is to add value without changing end-user behaviour. Along these lines mobile users can continue to use their mobile phones as they are used to while now having access to corporate services provided by the Telepo Business Communication solution. Mobility is further enhanced by enabling converged features between devices, such as contacts, call logs, enabling harmonized services and access to information across networks and devices.

The Telepo Business Communication solution is designed for multi language support, allowing users of different languages to coexist in the same system. Each user is configured with the preferred language, and the services are automatically adapted to this, for example voice prompts, user interfaces and custom presence states.

The Telepo Business Communication solution is a secure end-toend offering, built on open standards (e.g. SIP, LDAP, XML, Radius) and proven components. Using the Telepo Business Communication solution enterprises receive a central point of management for the global corporate voice communication network, significantly reducing costs of operations.
