Telepo maintainance concept is simple; we always want our customers to use the latest version of the software to ensure that possible issues are fixed as soon as possible for as many customers as possible. All customers in Telepo maintainance program are entitled to upgrade to new versions, but new features may use new licences that need to be purchased. Telepo Training

Telepo has an extensive training program for Telepo Business Communication Solution (BCS) ensuring that Telepo partners quickly can obtain the competence to deploy, market and support services based on Telepo BCS.

The training program is designed to allow for an incremental learning where an introductory course can be provided for end users and the service provider. This training focuses on services and how to use them from relevant end devices. These trainings can be conducted either at Telepo training facility or at the customer location.

The advanced technical trainings are typically taught at Telepo training facility including

  • Launching a service based on Telepo BCS
  • Advanced troubleshooting in Telepo BCS for 2nd line support
  • Operating a service based on Telepo BCS

The information in the trainings is very comprehensive and allows the participants to start building knowledge about the product. Telepo also offer custom trainings based on customer requests.

Telepo Certifcation

The training program is complemented with a certification program, giving system engineers the opportunity to document and demonstrate their proficiency in the Telepo Business Communication Solution. Telepo Certified Solution Administrator serves two important purposes. It validates the efficiency of our training programs and it ensures that Telepo partners have sufficient competence to support their customers.
