Q: What mobile phones do you support?
A: We support Nokia Series 60 and Nokia Series 80 phones. Some of the functions is independent of the type of mobile.

Q: Which mobile operators do you require?
A: We are not dependent on any mobile operator, you can have multiple operators in your organization and we will support that.

Q: Do I have to have a Telepo server at every office?
A: No, you can have a one High Availability cluster of server’s setup at a single location.

Q: What type of servers do i need?
A: The Telepo Communication Server is running on Fedora or RedHat Linux.

Q: How to you keep you system updated?
A: We provide a easy to use web interface where you with a simple logic keeps the system up to date. The mobile clients will check in with the server and make sure they are also updated with the latest changes.

Q: How do I know that the Telepo Communication Server helps me reduce cost?
A: We have a built-in reporting system that will generate reports based on CDR data from the VoIP gateways and mobile phones.

Q: With our mobile subscription we have shortnumbers, and they don't work abroad. Should we keep them?
A: Yes, you can keep them and with the Telepo Communication Server they will even work abroad!
