Telepo Software Products
Telepo Business Communication Solution (BCS) is designed for deployment within a service provider network and consists of the following main components:
- Telepo Business Communication Server - provides all services for users in the system and uniform provisioning of all components of the solution.
- Telepo Edge Node - allows access to specific end-user areas of the system to customers, without exposing the core servers directly to the internet using only standard firewall products. The Edge Node provides support for SIP friendly configuration of the firewalls and resolving NAT related issues that normally would require specialised firewall products or other third party products.
- Telepo Report Node - enables generation of powerful reports without affecting performance on the main servers. Call detail records can also be exported for use in an external billing system.
- Telepo Mobile+ - offers a user friendly interface to all services and mobile least cost routing to users of Nokia S60, Windows Mobile and BlackBerry phones.
- Telepo Mobile Light - offers a web based user friendly interface for directory search and call routing to users of basic phones such as Nokia S40 phones.
- Telepo Softphone+ - provide rich unified communication services on the PC to users and advanced attendant and call center functions.
- Telepo Softphone Light - provides directory search and call back calls on a PC, Mac, Linux, iPhone or Android. Telepo Softphone Light is a web based client.
The solution offers full support to provide communication services to multiple organisations from the same platform. This reduces the time required to add new customers and to fully utilize hardware investments. As the user base grows the system can be scale by connecting more servers without the need for cumbersome reconfiguration. A multi tiered provisioning system allows different administrator roles to access different parts of the system. This provides full flexibility for administrators from the service provider, hosted organizations, and end users.
Additional differentiation and extra visibility may be achieved by branding. Telepo BCS can be flexibly branded to support the unique look and feel of the service provider or the enterprise.
