Using recognized voice technology from Global IP Solutions (GIPS) Telepo Softphone+ supports most common standardized codecs as well as robust wideband codecs. Sound quality is never a problem.
Additional benefits include conferencing, directory search and contacts with presence information, monitoring of remote calls and queues, ability to pick up and transfer calls to the user’s mobile phone as well as information exchange such as shared call logs and contacts.
Integration with Microsoft Outlook allows Telepo Softphone+ users to search and call Outlook contacts or to place calls from within Outlook. Telepo Softphone+ can also display Microsoft Exchange calendar information for users in the contact list.
Telepo Softphone+ supports both headset and speaker phone sound profiles, making it a perfect tool for group communication as an alternative to a traditional speaker phone. The application provides three different user interface views for three different categories: normal user view, attendant view or call center agent view.
