    Formed in Stockholm by former Telia / Ericsson employees aiming to build a cloud-based, mobile-centric replacement for Ericsson's PBX

  • 2006

    Began selling the product to Tier 1 and 2 Scandinavian Service Providers in a license and maintenance model

    Ericsson chooses Telepo as the OEM supplier to develop 'Mobility Gateway' and the SMB on-premise replacement offering

  • 2013

    Acquired by Astra shortly before Astra's sale to Mitel in order to supplement the portfolio with a future-proof cloud native offering

    Began offering SaaS model to Tier 2 Service Providers
